This being the week before Christmas, there is a blitz of music (holiday-themed and otherwise) on our fave talk shows as well as a big push for big movies. Highlights of the former: our own Rufus Wainwright on Jimmy Fallon’s Late Night on Tuesday plus Strombo’s Friday-night holiday music special. Movie highlights? Yes, as a matter of fact, every actor in Hollywood IS in the upcoming holiday you’lllaughyou’llcry movie New Year’s Eve (in Montreal cinemas Dec. 9). Among the stars stumping for it this week are: Katherine Heigl, Abigail Breslin, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jessica Biel, Josh Duhamel, Zac Efron … Oh it goes on.
