Talk-show tango Feb. 22-26: Updated with gold-medal guest lists

Hey chickens! I will be away from the computer — and even television!! — for a long-weekend escape. I promise I’ll have the regular complement of talk-show listings sometime late Monday night. Until then, be brave! But at least know this: The Colbert Report this week will be new, featuring stuff Stephen “Icehole” Colbert shot at the Olympics last week. And the bcast time seems like the usual 12:35 a.m. late weeknights. Be there.

Update: Here, as promised, is the talk-show guest list for this week. And with a mind to the future, you should know that Jay Leno is building quite the arsenal of guests for his March 1 return to the Tonight Show. Guests for the first two weeks including Simon Cowell, Sarah Palin, Olympic athletes Lyndsey Vonn and Shaun White. In case you were willing to give Leno another try.
