Talk-show Tango Sept. 19-24: fall TV week is upon us

I’m so far behind preparing for this fall TV season (I have good reason: somebody else’s dog broke into my apartment and ate all my season-preview homework. Not buying it? Heartless bstard!). Anway, I’m going to limp my way through it. And one of the important ways to keep on top of it is to at least know who is promoting their new or returning show this fall.
